Instructions

01Slice the ciabatta bun in half, setting the top aside.
02Layer the bottom slice with arugula and one slice of swiss cheese, followed by chicken, ham, and another slice of swiss.
03Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the ciabatta lid and place it on top of the sandwich.
04Spread a light layer of butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
05Cook the sandwich in a preheated panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
06Serve warm.
