Boar’s Head® Pastrami Navel delivers a complex flavor profile as it contains a variety of spices and aromatics, including spicy black pepper and sweet coriander. The beef is hand trimmed, cured, coated with spices, and then slowly smoked to perfection. What makes Pastrami Navel particularly good because it's a fatty cut of beef from the belly area, which renders a rich flavor and juicy texture when cooked, especially when it's slow smoked because all juices from the fat permeate through the meat, similar to when you have really good brisket.
