Breakfast Sausage Patty Scramble with Johnny Cake

Instructions

  1. Heat the sausage patties.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the butter with the caramelized onions and the roasted tomatoes, add the cheese at the end.
  3. Heat the Johnny cake
  4. To Assemble:
  5. Place the sausage on a warm serving plate.
  6. Add half the scramble on top of the sausage.
  7. Top with the Johnny cake.
  8. Top the cake with the remaining scramble.
  9. Top with the pea tendril mix and scallions.
  10. Season with the fresh ground black pepper.
  11. Drizzle the basil oil over the tendrils.
  12. Serve
