Bold® PitCraft™ Slow Smoked Turkey Street Tacos
Instructions
- Shred the turkey
- Warm the turkey in the roasted salsa in a pan over medium low heat
- Prepare the slaw by marinating the jicama, jalepenos and half of the cilantro in the lime juice
- Brush one side of each tortilla with the vegetable oil and warm on a griddle
- Assemble the tacos by placing the warmed turkey in salsa on the bottom of the taco and topping with the slaw
- Garnish with the remaining cilantro
- Serve
