Uncured Peppered Salame

An American West Coast inspired salame.  Boar's Head Peppered Salame is hand-trimmed pork blended with wine and Italian style seasonings, dry cured, naturally aged and hand-rolled in coarse black pepper for a deep, rich flavor.
