Known as the Italian Bologna, our Mortadella is crafted using a time-honored Venetian recipe. Select cuts of pork are accented with garlic and spices, then delicately roasted in the old world Italian way, just as it was over 600 years ago. Slice thin for an antipasto platter with stuffed cherry peppers, olives, our Prosciutto di Parma and Picante Provolone.
