Flatbread Pizza
With Boar’s Head Pepperoni, Picante Provolone Cheese, and Kalamata olives, our Flatbread Pizza packs immense flavor in a surprisingly easy-to-make dish.
Ingredients

Flatbread, naan, or pita2tbsp
Olive Oil¼
Boar’s Head® Picante Provolone Cheese, shaved¼lb
Traditional Pepperoni (Natural Casing)½
Red pepper, julienne½cup
Kalamata olives, slicedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Once temperature is reached, set a pizza stone or sheet pan on the center rack of the oven.
- 02Place the flatbreads on a clean, flat work surface. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each flatbread and equally divide ingredients over each flatbread.
- 03With a large spatula place the flatbreads in the oven on the stone or sheet pan and bake until the surface is bubbling and the bottom crust is turning a dark golden color and appears crispy (15 minutes or less).
- 04Remove flatbreads from oven and serve. Top with a drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
