EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Rice Burritos

Ingredients

Rice, cooked to package directions
1cup
Salsa, hot style
2cans
Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1lb
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, 1/4" thick slices, diced small
2cups
Boar's Head Colby Jack Cheese, diced

Sandwich wrap, sundried tomato flavor
 
Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. 02In large bowl, mix together cooked rice, salsa, pinto beans, chopped Boar’s Head® EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast and 1 cup of Boar’s Head Bold® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese.
  3. 03Lay wrap on a clean, flat work surface. Place ½ cup of the chicken mixture in center of wrap and fold up like a package. Repeat with remaining wraps.
  4. 04Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place burritos in dish.
  5. 05Top with remaining 1 cup of Boar’s Head Bold® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese.
  6. 06Bake for 6-8 minutes or until heated through; serve warm.
