Instructions

Place skillet on stove over medium heat.
Spread half of mustard on one slice of sourdough.
Add two slices of cheese on top of mustard.
Add lettuce on top of cheese.
Lay bacon slices over the lettuce.
Flower chicken on top of bacon.
Add two slices of cheese on top of chicken.
Spread remaining mustard on other slice of sourdough.
Crown sandwich.
Spread butter on each side of sandwich.
Place in a skillet set to medium heat.
Toast each side of sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet and serve warm.
Option to serve with a side of Kosher Dill Pickle Chips for an extra burst of flavor.
