Bacon, Egg & Caramelized Onion Jack Cheese Chaffles

Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded4
Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped into 1/4-inch piecesInstructions
- 01Preheat waffle iron.
- 02Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cheese and bacon and stir to combine.
- 03Lightly spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
- 04Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the waffle iron and allow to cook 2-3 minutes until lightly golden-brown.
- 05Remove waffle and repeat with remaining batter.
- 06Optional: Top with favorite toppings.
