Bacon, Egg & Caramelized Onion Jack Cheese Chaffles

1cup
Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces

Sliced jalapeños
 
Sour cream
 
Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat waffle iron.
  2. 02Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cheese and bacon and stir to combine.
  3. 03Lightly spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. 04Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the waffle iron and allow to cook 2-3 minutes until lightly golden-brown.
  5. 05Remove waffle and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. 06Optional: Top with favorite toppings.
