Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey BBQ Flatbread
Ingredients

Product: 13063- Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, shredded½cup
Boar's Head® Vermont White Cheddar Cheese, shredded½cup
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1oz
Product: 16269 - Boar's Head® Barbecue Sauce1piece
Naan flatbread1each
Fresh jalapeno, Seeded & julienned¼cup
Red onion, sliced thin1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, sliced thin1oz
Fresh cilantro leavesInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 425° F and place the flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 02Spread the barbecue sauce on top of the flatbread.
- 03Sprinkle the shredded cheeses on top, followed by the shredded turkey, peppers, onion and jalapeño.
- 04Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the flatbread has browned slightly.
- 05Sprinkle with cilantro, slice and serve.
