Perfect for an indulgent breakfast or a sweet treat, our Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus Crepes are loaded with fresh berries, smooth and decadent Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus and a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients

1cup
All Purpose Flour
1tbsp
Sugar
¼tsp
Salt
2
Eggs
1cup
Milk
1tbsp
Butter, melted
1container
Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
1cup
Fresh berries, for topping
1tbsp
Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. 01For the crepe batter, place flour, sugar and salt in a blender. Pulse to combine.
  2. 02Gradually add eggs and milk, blending for a few seconds until the batter is smooth. Allow to sit or refrigerate for 1 hour, until the batter starts to bubble on top.
  3. 03To cook the crepes, brush melted butter onto a non-stick skillet (or crepe pan) over a medium heat. Using a small ladle, pour one ladle-full into the center of the pan. Immediately swirl the pan until the batter coats the bottom. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on the first side then flip. Cook on the second side for about 30 seconds.
  4. 04Remove to a cooling rack. If not serving right away, refrigerate the crepes. They can be gently reheated in the pan or microwave before serving.
  5. 05Take a spoonful of Boar's Head Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus and place in the middle of each crepe. Spread out the Hummus with the back of a spoon or a spatula. Fold over to make a half circle then fold again to create the triangle.
  6. 06Serve with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream.
