Pastrami Turkey BBQ Slow Cooker
Instructions
- In a sauté pan, cook the onions in oil until they start to brown, about 4 minutes
- Add the chicken stock and BBQ sauce to the onions
- Place Turkey in the slow cooker and cover with the onions and sauce
- Reheat the Pastrami Turkey in the sauce in the crock pot for 1.5 hours
- Remove Turkey from slow cooker and let it cool before handling
- Shred the pastrami turkey by hand and put it back into the sauce
- Stir together
- Serve the BBQ Pastrami Turkey on a bun or over mashed potatoes or in a baked potato
