Rachel Sandwich (Turkey Reuben)


A twist on the Classic Rueben, this sandwich includes Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey, Imported Switzerland Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut.

  1. Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice of bread.
  3. Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of Cheese over each slice of bread.
  4. Pile the Turkey on one side, then press sandwich together.
  5. Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
  6. Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
