Rachel Sandwich (Turkey Reuben)

A twist on the Classic Reuben, this sandwich includes Boar's HeadPastrami Seasoned Turkey, Imported Switzerland Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut.

Ingredients


2tsp
Butter, softened
2slices
Rye Bread
4tbsp
Thousand Island Dressing
2tbsp
Boar's Head® Sauerkraut, drained
2slices
Imported Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, thin
¼lb
Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast, sliced thin

Instructions


  1. 01Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
  2. 02Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice of bread.
  3. 03Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of Cheese over each slice of bread.
  4. 04Pile the Turkey on one side, then press sandwich together.
  5. 05Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
  6. 06Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
