Rachel Sandwich (Turkey Reuben)
A twist on the Classic Reuben, this sandwich includes Boar's HeadPastrami Seasoned Turkey, Imported Switzerland Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut.
Ingredients
2tsp
Butter, softened2slices
Rye Bread4tbsp
Thousand Island Dressing2tbsp
Boar's Head® Sauerkraut, drained2slices
Imported Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, thin¼lb
Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast, sliced thinInstructions
- 01Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
- 02Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice of bread.
- 03Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of Cheese over each slice of bread.
- 04Pile the Turkey on one side, then press sandwich together.
- 05Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
- 06Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
