Instructions

01Place one bread slice between two sheets of waxed paper; roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut off and discard crust. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
02Spread bread slices with mayonnaise; top with cheese and chicken. Roll up, starting at one short side of each.
03Cut each into four slices.
