Pearled Couscous, Cooked & Toasted

Cucumber, Small dice

Baby spinach, Hand torn

Roasted cherry tomatoes, Prepared

Crispy chickpeas, Prepared

Instructions


  1. 01Smear the hummus on the bottom side of the vessel
  2. 02Toss the couscous, spinach, cucumber, roasted tomatoes and kalamata olives together in a mixing bowl with the dressing
  3. 03Place the mixed ingredients in the bowl beside the hummus
  4. 04Top the chicken salad with the pickled onions and crispy chickpeas
  5. 05Spoon the tzatziki sauce between the hummus and the chicken salad
  6. 06Serve
