- Place prosciutto on a clean flat surface. Layer brie, arugula and apple on top of the prosciutto.
- Wrap prosciutto around the brie, arugula and apple.
- Flip over so that the brie is facing upwards.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction, and serve!
