Italian Chicken Sausage & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza dough, thawed
1tbsp
Olive Oil
½cup
Tomato sauce
1cup
Roasted red peppers, sliced
2tsp
Thyme, chopped
1pack
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella
7oz
Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, sliced thin

Robust Italian All Natural* Chicken Sausage, sliced in coins

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 450 degrees. On a lightly-floured work surface, roll out the dough into a 16" circle and place on a pizza stone or greased baking sheet.
  2. 02Drizzle dough with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving an edge for the crust.
  3. 03Top with chicken sausage coins, red peppers, a sprinkle of thyme, then break over pieces of fresh mozzarella.
  4. 04Bake for 10-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. 05Top with fresh slices of prosciutto and serve.
