Italian Chicken Sausage & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
16oz
Pizza dough, thawed1tbsp
Olive Oil½cup
Tomato sauce 1cup
Roasted red peppers, sliced2tsp
Thyme, chopped1pack
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella7oz
Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, sliced thin2
Robust Italian All Natural* Chicken Sausage, sliced in coinsInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 450 degrees. On a lightly-floured work surface, roll out the dough into a 16" circle and place on a pizza stone or greased baking sheet.
- 02Drizzle dough with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving an edge for the crust.
- 03Top with chicken sausage coins, red peppers, a sprinkle of thyme, then break over pieces of fresh mozzarella.
- 04Bake for 10-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- 05Top with fresh slices of prosciutto and serve.
