Madrasala® Curry Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients

Basmati rice, cooked1tsp
Cumin1tbsp
Purple/red onion¼cup
Carrots, shredded¼cup
Green peas2oz
Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, sliced regular thickness, rolled on topInstructions
- 01Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions, and place to the side in a large serving bowl.
- 02Mix the cumin into the rice thoroughly, and then add in the onions, shredded carrots and green peas.
- 03Roll the slices of Madrasala® Curry Chicken and place onto the rice bowl, and serve warm.
