Cransational EverRoast Chicken Salad Croissant
Our EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast is tasty by itself, but it's even better on a chicken salad croissant with our Real Mayonnaise. Top it off with your favorite craisins for some added sweetness.

Instructions
- Place the EverRoast Chicken into a large mixing bowl.
- Dice the scallions and celery, and add to the bowl.
- Add the craisins and mayonnaise, and mix the ingredients until fully mixed.
- Place lettuce on bottom of croissant and add two scoops of chicken salad. Top with other half of croissant.
- Repeat process 3 times.
