FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken & Sizzling Veggie Panini

Filled with hearty veggies, melty Cream Havarti Cheese, and perfectly charred FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, this sizzling sandwich will light up any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Sourdough Bread
2tbsp
Real Mayonnaise
2oz
Boar's Head Cream Havarti Cheese, sliced thin
¼cup
Spinach, sautéed
¼cup
Red bell peppers, sautéed
2slices
Red Onion, sautéed, sliced thin
¼cup
Mushrooms, sautéed
4oz
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), sliced sandwich cut
1tsp
Olive Oil, for drizzling

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat an electric panini maker.
  2. 02Lay one slice of bread flat on a clean work surface.
  3. 03Spread half the mayonnaise on the inside slice of the bread and place half the cheese on top. Layer the remaining ingredients on top, followed by the rest of the cheese.
  4. 04Spread the rest of the mayonnaise on the second slice of bread, then place on top of the sandwich, mayonnaise side down.
  5. 05Brush the top and bottom of the sandwich with olive oil and place in the pre-heated panini maker.
  6. 06Cook until the bread is crispy and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. 07Remove sandwich from the skillet, serve and enjoy!
