Cracked Pepper Mill® Turkey French Dip

Turkey Jus (gravy), prepared
1each
French Bread Baguette Roll, split 3/4 through
6oz
Boar's Head Cracked Pepper Mill® Smoked Turkey Breast, shaved
oz
Product: 968 - Colby Jack Cheese, (optional)

Instructions


  1. 01Prepare the Au Jus sauce in advance and warm.
  2. 02Shave the turkey and portion into 5 oz. piles on parchment paper
  3. 03Roll the portioned shaved turkey in the paper for storage
  4. 04Toast and split the French Roll
  5. 05To prepare the sandwich, warm the turkey in the turkey au jus gravy
  6. 06Remove the turkey from the au jus and top with the cheese (optional)
  7. 07If desired, pour additional gravy over sandwich.
  8. 08Serve
