Cracked Pepper Mill® Turkey French Dip
Ingredients

Turkey Jus (gravy), prepared1each
French Bread Baguette Roll, split 3/4 through6oz
Boar's Head Cracked Pepper Mill® Smoked Turkey Breast, shaved2½oz
Product: 968 - Colby Jack Cheese, (optional)Instructions
- 01Prepare the Au Jus sauce in advance and warm.
- 02Shave the turkey and portion into 5 oz. piles on parchment paper
- 03Roll the portioned shaved turkey in the paper for storage
- 04Toast and split the French Roll
- 05To prepare the sandwich, warm the turkey in the turkey au jus gravy
- 06Remove the turkey from the au jus and top with the cheese (optional)
- 07If desired, pour additional gravy over sandwich.
- 08Serve
