Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Cranberries

Ingredients


17 oz. package
Boar's Head® Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Bacon, cooked and chopped
3lbs
Brussels sprouts
½cup
Olive oil
1cup
Sugar
¾cup
Balsamic vinegar
½cup
Dried Cranberries

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 02Rinse brussels sprouts and cut in half.
  3. 03Arrange brussels sprouts on 2 baking sheets.
  4. 04Toss with olive oil.
  5. 05Roast for 25-30 minutes, until brown.
  6. 06In a sauce pan, combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil.
  7. 07Reduce heat to medium-low.
  8. 08Reduce the balsamic mixture until very thick.
  9. 09Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the brussels sprouts.
  10. 10Sprinkle with bacon and dried cranberries.
  11. 11Serve.
