Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Cranberries
Ingredients
17 oz. package
Boar's Head® Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Bacon, cooked and chopped3lbs
Brussels sprouts½cup
Olive oil1cup
Sugar¾cup
Balsamic vinegar½cup
Dried CranberriesInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 02Rinse brussels sprouts and cut in half.
- 03Arrange brussels sprouts on 2 baking sheets.
- 04Toss with olive oil.
- 05Roast for 25-30 minutes, until brown.
- 06In a sauce pan, combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil.
- 07Reduce heat to medium-low.
- 08Reduce the balsamic mixture until very thick.
- 09Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the brussels sprouts.
- 10Sprinkle with bacon and dried cranberries.
- 11Serve.
