Dark Chocolate Hummus BitesInstructions
- 01Wash and dry all fruit and vegetables. Cut melon into balls and watermelon into small stars using a melon baller and small cookie cutters. Slice the apple and cucumber. Cube Gouda, Canadian Cheddar, Vermont Cheddar, and Colby Jack Cheese. Slice Maple Glazed Honey Coat® Turkey Breast, SmokeMaster® Black Forest Ham, and Genoa Salami; roll, fold, or fan slices for easy picking.
- 02Place Traditional Hummus, Everything Bagel Hummus, and Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus into small bowls or ramekins. Arrange the hummus bowls on a large serving platter or board as anchor points.
- 03Build clusters of meats and cheeses around the hummus bowls. Fill in with fruit, cucumber slices, pretzel sticks, and crackers, balancing colors and textures across the board.
