BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham & Brie Panini with Apple

Ingredients

Boar's Head BourbonRidge Uncured Smoked Ham
2oz
Boar's Head French Brie Cheese
3oz
Small Onion
2tbsp
Olive oil
1tbsp
Butter
1
Ciabatta roll, sliced in half lengthwise
1oz
Baby arugula
2oz
Granny Smith apple, sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Stir the onions frequently until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
  2. 02Preheat panini press to medium-high. Spread caramelized onions evenly over bottom half of bun. Top with arugula, Ham, apple and Brie; cap with top half of bun.
  3. 03Grill in panini press according to manufacturer’s directions until bread is golden brown, filling is heated through and cheese is melted. Cut in half; serve immediately.
