BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham & Brie Panini with Apple
Ingredients

Boar's Head BourbonRidge Uncured Smoked Ham2oz
Boar's Head French Brie Cheese3oz
Small Onion2tbsp
Olive oil1tbsp
Butter1
Ciabatta roll, sliced in half lengthwise1oz
Baby arugula2oz
Granny Smith apple, slicedInstructions
- 01Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Stir the onions frequently until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
- 02Preheat panini press to medium-high. Spread caramelized onions evenly over bottom half of bun. Top with arugula, Ham, apple and Brie; cap with top half of bun.
- 03Grill in panini press according to manufacturer’s directions until bread is golden brown, filling is heated through and cheese is melted. Cut in half; serve immediately.
