Ovengold® Turkey Salad

Slow-roasted Ovengold® Turkey Breast and fresh-chopped vegetables make this salad as refreshing as it is unforgettable.

Ingredients


1lb
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, diced 1/4 in. thick
¼cup
Red Onion, chopped
2cups
Celery, diced 1/4 in. thick
1tsp
Garlic relish
¼cup
Golden raisins
1tsp
Black pepper, to taste
½cup
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips
1cup
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise
8cups
Mixed Greens
1tbsp
Olive Oil, for drizzling
1tbsp
Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling

Instructions


  1. 01On a clean work surface, dice turkey into ¼ inch cubes.
  2. 02Combine turkey, onion and celery into medium mixing bowl with relish and golden raisins.
  3. 03Sprinkle black pepper over ingredients and add the mayonnaise to the bowl, folding together with a spoon.
  4. 04Separate mixed greens to 4 bowls and top greens with a scoop of the turkey salad.
  5. 05Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as desired.
