Ovengold® Turkey Salad
Slow-roasted Ovengold® Turkey Breast and fresh-chopped vegetables make this salad as refreshing as it is unforgettable.
Ingredients
1lb
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, diced 1/4 in. thick¼cup
Red Onion, chopped2cups
Celery, diced 1/4 in. thick1tsp
Garlic relish¼cup
Golden raisins1tsp
Black pepper, to taste½cup
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips1cup
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise8cups
Mixed Greens1tbsp
Olive Oil, for drizzling1tbsp
Balsamic vinegar, for drizzlingInstructions
- 01On a clean work surface, dice turkey into ¼ inch cubes.
- 02Combine turkey, onion and celery into medium mixing bowl with relish and golden raisins.
- 03Sprinkle black pepper over ingredients and add the mayonnaise to the bowl, folding together with a spoon.
- 04Separate mixed greens to 4 bowls and top greens with a scoop of the turkey salad.
- 05Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as desired.
