One Pan Robust Italian Chicken Sausage and Veggies

Save time in the kitchen with this simple yet exquisite one-pan meal. Just add broccoli florets, carrots, potatoes, peppers, and asparagus, and you're done. Great flavor, easy.

Ingredients

Baby Carrots, halved

baby red potatoes, halved

Large Zucchini, sliced

red bell peppers, large dice
1cup
asparagus stalks, sliced in thirds
Broccoli florets
1package
Robust Italian All Natural* Chicken Sausage, sliced on the bias
½tbsp
dried basil
½tbsp
Dried oregano
½tbsp
Dried Parsley
½tbsp
Garlic Powder
½tsp
Onion Powder
½tsp
dried thyme
½cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
tbsp
Fresh parsley
2tbsp
Olive Oil

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 02Pour all the veggies and chicken sausage on sheet pan.
  3. 03In a small bowl combine all of the seasonings with the olive oil. Stir to combine.
  4. 04Pour the seasoning & oil mixture on top of the veggies and chicken sausage and thoroughly toss to coat.
  5. 05Roast for 15 minutes. Remove and toss the veggies & chicken sausage to ensure even cooking.
  6. 06Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until veggies are browned and tender.
  7. 07Remove and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
