One Pan Robust Italian Chicken Sausage and Veggies
Save time in the kitchen with this simple yet exquisite one-pan meal. Just add broccoli florets, carrots, potatoes, peppers, and asparagus, and you're done. Great flavor, easy.
Ingredients

Baby Carrots, halved2
baby red potatoes, halved1whole
Large Zucchini, sliced2
red bell peppers, large dice1cup
asparagus stalks, sliced in thirds1½
Broccoli florets1package
Robust Italian All Natural* Chicken Sausage, sliced on the bias½tbsp
dried basil½tbsp
Dried oregano½tbsp
Dried Parsley½tbsp
Garlic Powder½tsp
Onion Powder½tsp
dried thyme½cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated4½tbsp
Fresh parsley2tbsp
Olive OilInstructions
- 01Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 02Pour all the veggies and chicken sausage on sheet pan.
- 03In a small bowl combine all of the seasonings with the olive oil. Stir to combine.
- 04Pour the seasoning & oil mixture on top of the veggies and chicken sausage and thoroughly toss to coat.
- 05Roast for 15 minutes. Remove and toss the veggies & chicken sausage to ensure even cooking.
- 06Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until veggies are browned and tender.
- 07Remove and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
