Classic Reuben Sandwich

A good ole' fashioned Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich. Pile it high and serve on rye.

Ingredients


2tsp
Unsalted Butter, softened
2slices
Rye Bread
4tbsp
Thousand Island Dressing
2tbsp
Boar's Head® Sauerkraut, drained
2slices
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, thin
¼lb
Boar's Head 1st Cut Corned Beef Brisket, thin

Instructions


  1. 01Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
  2. 02Spread 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing on each slice of bread.
  3. 03Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of cheese over each slice of bread.
  4. 04Pile the Corned Beef on one side, then press sandwich together.
  5. 05Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
  6. 06Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
