Philly Cheese Brats
These hearty brats are sure to bring the house down—whether at a backyard cookout or a night in with the family. Inspired by the well-loved flavor of the Philly Cheesesteak, these masterfully grilled Boar's Head Bratwursts are loaded with sauteéd onions, green peppers, mushrooms and melted creamy Provolone Cheese.

Yellow Onion, sliced thin1Pint
Mushrooms, sliced2
Boar's Head Bratwursts4oz
Boar's Head 42% Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese, shredded8
Split-top bunInstructions
- 01Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onions and mushrooms and sauté until softened.
- 02Prepare brats according to package directions.
- 03Load split-top buns with brats, sautéed vegetables and cheese.
