Sweet B’s® Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Quinoa Bowl

This hearty bowl puts a Southwestern spin on Sweet B’s®Chicken. Loaded with tangy pickled onions, spicy Bold 3 Pepper Colby Jack®Cheese, and creamy avocado, it makes a satisfying workday lunch or weeknight dinner.

Boar’s Head® Sweet B’s Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Breast (13096), dinner cut and shredded
1cup
Quinoa, cooked
½cup
Sweet corn, fire-roasted
¼cup
Pickled Red Onion, sliced
½
Roma tomato, diced
¼
Avocado, sliced
1oz
Boar's Head® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese, shredded
2tbsp
Ranch dressing
 
Fresh cilantro, to taste
 
Scallions, to taste

Instructions


  1. 01Add quinoa to a bowl. Top with chicken, corn, red onion, roma tomatoes, sliced avocados and cheese.
  2. 02Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  3. 03Garnish with fresh cilantro and scallions.
