This hearty bowl puts a Southwestern spin on Sweet B’s®Chicken. Loaded with tangy pickled onions, spicy Bold 3 Pepper Colby Jack®Cheese, and creamy avocado, it makes a satisfying workday lunch or weeknight dinner.

Quinoa, cooked½cup
Sweet corn, fire-roasted¼cup
Pickled Red Onion, sliced½
Roma tomato, diced¼
Avocado, sliced1oz
Boar's Head® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese, shredded2tbsp
