Ingredients: 6 oz Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise; 8 oz Sour cream (unsweetened); 4 tbsp Confectionary Sugar (powdered); 2 tbsp Lemon juice; 2 Red Delicious apple (cored & diced); 2 Granny Smith apple (cored & diced); 1.5 lbs Boar's Head® Maple Glazed Honey Coat® Turkey Breast (diced); 6 oz Celery (diced); 3 oz Walnuts (toasted & chopped)

This salad combines the refreshing taste of apples with our delicious Maple Glazed Honey Coat_®Turkey Breast, great as a side or a satisfying salad entree.

Instructions

01To make the dressing, thoroughly combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar together.
02Pour the lemon juice over the apples and toss.
03Remove the apples and discard the remaining lemon juice.
04Combine the turkey, apples, celery, and dressing together.
05Garnish with walnuts.
