Antipasto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2slices
Sourdough bread 1oz
Real Mayonnaise 2oz
Mortadella , sliced 2oz
Genoa Salami, sliced 2oz
Pepperoni , sliced 2oz
Mozzarella , shredded ¾oz
Artichoke hearts , chopped ½oz
Banana peppers , sliced ½oz
Deli Dressing ¾oz
Jubilee Olives , halved Instructions
- 01Preheat the griddle to 350° F.
- 02Spread Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread and place onto the griddle mayonnaise side down.
- 03Sprinkle cheese on each bread slice.
- 04Layer Boar's Head® Mortadella on one bread slice.
- 05Layer Boar's Head® Genoa Salami and Boar's Head® Pepperoni on other slice of bread.
- 06Cook on the griddle until the bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
- 07Add artichokes, banana peppers, Boar's Head® Deli Dressing, and Boar's Head® Jubilee Olives on top of Boar's Head® Mortadella.
- 08Close sandwich, cut in half, and serve.
