Bold BourbonRidge Ham & Gruyere Melt with Bourbon Honey Mustard

Ingredients


4oz
BourbonRidge Smoked Ham, sliced
2oz
Blanc Grue Gruyere, sliced
¾oz
Honey Mustard
1tsp
Bourbon
2each
Artisan White Bread, sliced thick
1oz
Mayonnaise

Instructions


  1. 01In a mixing bowl combine honey mustard and bourbon
  2. 02Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread
  3. 03Place mayo side down on a flattop griddle
  4. 04Add 1 oz of cheese on each slice of bread and toast until cheese is melted and bread is toasted
  5. 05Add 2 oz of ham on top of each slice of toasted bread
  6. 06Add bourbon honey mustard on top of ham and close sandwich
  7. 07Allow to rest on the griddle for 1-2 minutes to slightly warm ham
  8. 08Remove from griddle, cut in half and serve
