Bold BourbonRidge Ham & Gruyere Melt with Bourbon Honey Mustard

Ingredients
4oz
BourbonRidge Smoked Ham, sliced2oz
Blanc Grue Gruyere, sliced¾oz
Honey Mustard1tsp
Bourbon2each
Artisan White Bread, sliced thick1oz
MayonnaiseInstructions
- 01In a mixing bowl combine honey mustard and bourbon
- 02Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread
- 03Place mayo side down on a flattop griddle
- 04Add 1 oz of cheese on each slice of bread and toast until cheese is melted and bread is toasted
- 05Add 2 oz of ham on top of each slice of toasted bread
- 06Add bourbon honey mustard on top of ham and close sandwich
- 07Allow to rest on the griddle for 1-2 minutes to slightly warm ham
- 08Remove from griddle, cut in half and serve
