Imported Layer Bacon, cooked1½oz
Pepperhouse Gourmaise1½oz
MontOveja Sheeps Milk Cheese, sliced 1oz
Piquillo Peppers, prepared1oz
Iceberg Lettuce, leaf½oz
Butter2slices
Sourdough BreadInstructions
- 01Toast bread, optionally in butter or in toaster
- 02Cook bacon in oven on sheet pan until crispy
- 03Spread toasted bread on the inside with Garlic Aioli Gourmaise
- 04Layer cheese on each side of bread
- 05Pile Bacon on top of cheese
- 06Top with lettuce and piquillo peppers
- 07Close sandwich
- 08Cut and enjoy
