Imported Layer Bacon, cooked

Pepperhouse Gourmaise
oz
MontOveja Sheeps Milk Cheese, sliced
1oz
Piquillo Peppers, prepared
1oz
Iceberg Lettuce, leaf
½oz
Butter
2slices
Sourdough Bread

Instructions


  1. 01Toast bread, optionally in butter or in toaster
  2. 02Cook bacon in oven on sheet pan until crispy
  3. 03Spread toasted bread on the inside with Garlic Aioli Gourmaise
  4. 04Layer cheese on each side of bread
  5. 05Pile Bacon on top of cheese
  6. 06Top with lettuce and piquillo peppers
  7. 07Close sandwich
  8. 08Cut and enjoy
