BuenAsado Chimichurri Beef Tacos

Ingredients

BuenAsado Chimichurri Roasted Beef, sliced thin
112oz
Feta Cheese Crumbles, crumbled
1oz
Garlic Aioli Gourmaise
1oz
Pickled Red Onions
1oz
Avocado, diced
½oz
Cabbage, shredded
3each
Corn Tortillas, grilled
6each
Cilantro Leaves, picked
1Tbsp
Garlic Chips

Instructions


  1. 01Drizzle olive oil onto a preheated griddle
  2. 02Add tortillas and grill for 30 seconds on each side until pliable and slightly browned
  3. 03Add chimichurri beef to griddle for 1 minute to warm
  4. 04Smear garlic aioli on one side of each tortilla
  5. 05Add chimichurri beef on top of garlic aioli
  6. 06Toss cabbage and pickled red onions together and gently coat cabbage with pickling liquid from onions
  7. 07Place on top of beef
  8. 08Add avocado and feta
  9. 09Garnish with cilantro and garlic chips
