Ingredients
3oz
The Fryer's Deep Fried Turkey Breast , shredded 2½oz
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus ½tsp
Cilantro , leaves1½oz
Grape Tomatoes, halved ½each
Avocado , diced 1oz
Corn Kernels , roasted 1oz
Bell Peppers , diced 3oz
Tri Color Quinoa , prepared 1oz
Citrus-Lime Vinaigrette Instructions
- 01Spread hummus in bottom of bowl
- 02In mixing bowl, combine quinoa, grape tomatoes, avocado, corn, and bell peppers
- 03Place mixture in center of bowl
- 04Top with turkey followed by cilantro
- 05Serve with Citrus-lime vinaigrette
