Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
½tsp
Cilantro , leaves

Grape Tomatoes, halved
½each
Avocado , diced
1oz
Corn Kernels , roasted
1oz
Bell Peppers , diced
3oz
Tri Color Quinoa , prepared
1oz
Citrus-Lime Vinaigrette

Instructions


  1. 01Spread hummus in bottom of bowl
  2. 02In mixing bowl, combine quinoa, grape tomatoes, avocado, corn, and bell peppers
  3. 03Place mixture in center of bowl
  4. 04Top with turkey followed by cilantro
  5. 05Serve with Citrus-lime vinaigrette
