Blazing Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

This classic comfort food is kicked up a notch with Blazing Buffalo Chicken, creamy Muenster Cheese and crisp green onions. 



  1. Preheat oven 375° F.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat, blend in flour, salt and pepper, and milk, and place back on burner at low heat; stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly and is smooth.
  3. Add cheese, heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Combine cooked pasta and chicken in a 2-quart oven safe casserole dish. Pour over cheese sauce.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and top with freshly chopped green onion.
