- In a small bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, apple, cranberries, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey mustard. Stir until well combined and set aside.
- Preheat broiler and broil the halved sandwich rolls on a baking sheet until lightly toasted and the tops are golden brown. Remove from the oven.
- Layer a slice of cheese and two slices of turkey on the base of each bun. Distribute coleslaw evenly on top of the turkey.
- Place the lids on top of the sliders and serve.
