Baked Feta Pasta
Elevate your entreé game with this dreamy, one-dish delight. Creamy Feta Cheese melts into a bed of seasoned, roasted tomatoes to create a savory, cheesy pasta sauce.
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a small baking dish, toss tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place the block of feta on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes, until the feta is slightly golden on top and the tomatoes have burst and browned.
- Boil the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a cup of pasta water before straining.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the basil and cooked pasta into the feta and tomatoes, adding small amounts of pasta water if the sauce is dry.
