Mezze Platter
Inspired by fresh Mediterranean flavors, this mezze platter combines Boar's Head Hummus, Tzatziki, and Feta for an unforgettable spread.

Marinated Olives½cup
Artichoke quarters8oz
Boar's Head Feta Cheese, crumbled6oz
Boar’s Head Truffle Goat Cheese10
Pita bread10
Stuffed Grape Leaves1lb
Small carrots, halved2
Fresh radishes, wedged1cup
Sugar snap peas1cup
Mini bell peppers½cup
Cherry peppers1

- 01Select a food-safe platter or wood serving board that is flat and large enough to hold the dips, cheeses, and accompaniments. Allow cheese to sit out before serving so they are at room temperature for optimal flavor.
- 02Place the tzatziki, hummus, tabbouleh, olives, and artichokes in individual serving bowls or vessels, and place on or around the board.
- 03Arrange the cheeses on the board by crumbling a few pieces of Feta and Trufle Goat, and leaving the remainder of the Feta and Truffle Goat for individual serving.
- 04Finish the board by filling in the spaces with pita bread, grape leaves, and fresh vegetables.
