Maple Honey Ham & Asparagus Flatbread with French Brie
Layers of melted, buttery French brie and the sweet hint of maple honey ham are topped with fresh asparagus for a flatbread fit for spring.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough until ¼-inch thick. Place on a baking sheet and par bake for 8 minutes.
- Leaving an edge for the crust, layer the pizza dough with the cheese, asparagus pieces, garlic and chopped ham. Sprinkle with thyme.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with arugula, drizzle with honey and serve.
