Baked Brie Bites

The soft, creamy texture of Boar's Head® French Brie paired with the sweet, tart flavor of raspberry preserves will leave your guests saying, "just one more bite."

Frozen mini puff-pastry shells
3oz
Boar’s Head French Brie Cheese, rind removed
2tbsp
Raspberry preserves
24
Pecans, chopped
1tsp
Flaky sea salt

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 02Unroll 1 sheet puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface and cut into 24 small squares. Place the squares in the muffin tin to create your pastry cups.
  3. 03Cut brie into 24 small pieces.
  4. 04Spoon ½ teaspoon raspberry preserves into each cup; top evenly with brie pieces and pecans.
  5. 05Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. 06Sprinkle with sea salt; serve immediately.
