Baked Prosciutto & Brie with Apple Butter

Ingredients
1loaf
Crusty French bread4tbsp
Butter, softened 1cup
Apple butter1
Pear, thinly sliced 1lb
Boar's Head Brie Cheese, thinly sliced8slices
Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, sliced thin and cut in halfInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- 02Cut 16 (1/2-inch thick) slices of French bread.
- 03Butter the bread slices on both sides and place on a baking sheet.
- 04Spread 1 Tbsp. of apple butter on each slice of bread.
- 05Add 2 slices of pear to each slice.
- 06Top with the Brie slices.
- 07Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 08Drizzle with olive oil.
- 09Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- 10Top with a slice of prosciutto.
- 11Serve.
