SmokeMaster® Ham Breakfast Pizza
Pizza is perfect any time of the day. This breakfast pizza is topped with our rich, beechwood-smoked SmokeMaster® Ham, eggs, asparagus, and Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Enjoy it for breakfast and have the leftovers for dinner (if there are any).
Ingredients

Pizza Crust, pre-baked¼
Extra Virgin Olive Oil1cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, finely grated½cup
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded4stalks
Fresh asparagus, roughly chopped5
Bread Crumbs, panko or Italian, sliced thin2
Egg, fried Instructions
- 01Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- 02On a clean work surface, brush pre-baked pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan and shredded mozzarella.
- 03Top with asparagus and ham.
- 04Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- 05Top with fried eggs and micro greens for garnish.
