SmokeMaster® Ham Breakfast Pizza

Pizza is perfect any time of the day. This breakfast pizza is topped with our rich, beechwood-smoked SmokeMaster® Ham, eggs, asparagus, and Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Enjoy it for breakfast and have the leftovers for dinner (if there are any).

Ingredients

Pizza Crust, pre-baked
¼
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, finely grated
½cup
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4stalks
Fresh asparagus, roughly chopped

Bread Crumbs, panko or Italian, sliced thin
2
Egg, fried
 
Micro greens, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. 02On a clean work surface, brush pre-baked pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan and shredded mozzarella.
  3. 03Top with asparagus and ham.
  4. 04Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. 05Top with fried eggs and micro greens for garnish.
