Steak Wrap with Caramelized Onion Jack Cheese

Button mushroom, stemmed and sliced 1/4-inch thick6
Roasted red peppers1
Whole wheat wrap, (12-inch)1tbsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard4
Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese½cup

- 01In a small sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add roasted red peppers and cook until just warmed. Removed from heat.
- 02Lay tortilla on clean work surface. Spread mustard on wrap. Layer roast beef, cheese, arugula, sautéed mushrooms and roasted red peppers over mustard.
- 03Wrap tortilla into burrito shape. Slice in half to serve.
