Steak Wrap with Caramelized Onion Jack Cheese

Olive Oil

Button mushroom, stemmed and sliced 1/4-inch thick
 
Fresh thyme, to taste

Roasted red peppers

Whole wheat wrap, (12-inch)
1tbsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard

Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese
½cup
Fresh Arugula

Instructions


  1. 01In a small sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add roasted red peppers and cook until just warmed. Removed from heat.
  2. 02Lay tortilla on clean work surface. Spread mustard on wrap. Layer roast beef, cheese, arugula, sautéed mushrooms and roasted red peppers over mustard.
  3. 03Wrap tortilla into burrito shape. Slice in half to serve.
