Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Bagel

Break out of your breakfast routine with a loaded bagel complete with melty cheese, perfectly-cooked eggs and plenty of bacon to power you through the day.

Ingredients

Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked
2tbsp
Butter
1
Bagel, halved
2
Egg
¼cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼
Avocado, sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Cook the bacon according to the package directions.
  2. 02Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 03Add the bagel halves to the skillet, cut-side down, and crack an egg into each bagel hole. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping carefully, until the bagel is toasted and the eggs have set.
  4. 04Remove from heat and layer the bottom half with cheese, avocado and bacon. Crown with the top half of the bagel and serve.
