Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Bagel
Break out of your breakfast routine with a loaded bagel complete with melty cheese, perfectly-cooked eggs and plenty of bacon to power you through the day.
Ingredients

Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked2tbsp
Butter1
Bagel, halved2
Egg¼cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shredded¼
Avocado, slicedInstructions
- 01Cook the bacon according to the package directions.
- 02Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 03Add the bagel halves to the skillet, cut-side down, and crack an egg into each bagel hole. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping carefully, until the bagel is toasted and the eggs have set.
- 04Remove from heat and layer the bottom half with cheese, avocado and bacon. Crown with the top half of the bagel and serve.
