Gluten Free Sweet Slice® Uncured Ham Macaroni & Cheese
Indulge your senses with this savory macaroni and cheese starring Boar's Head Sweet Slice® Boneless Smoked Uncured Ham, Vermont Cheddar Cheese and Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese.

Rice flour1tsp
Salt2½cups
Milk1cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shredded1cup
Boar's Head Gruyere Cheese, shredded4cups
Gluten Free Elbow Macaroni, cooked to package directions¾cup
Green peas2slices
Boar's Head Sweet Slice® Smoked Ham, 1/4" thick slices, diced smallInstructions
- 01Preheat oven 375° F.
- 02Melt butter in saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat, blend in rice flour and salt. Add milk, heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add cheeses, heat until melted, stirring occasionally
- 03Combine cooked macaroni, sauce, peas and ham in a 9” x 13” oven safe casserole dish.
- 04Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
