Loaded Bell Pepper Nachos
Baked bell peppers are loaded with your favorite nacho toppings and PitCraft® Turkey for a unique and flavorful, guilt-free snack.

Baby sweet peppers, halved1lb
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed1cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shredded¼cup
Black Beans, drained and rinsed2
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, sliced thin1
Avocado, halved and sliced for toppingInstructions
- 01Preheat the oven to 400º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Place the bell peppers cut-side up in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- 03Fill each pepper evenly with turkey, topping with the cheese, black beans and jalapeños.
- 04Bake until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
- 05Remove from the oven and top with cilantro, scallions, avocado, a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of Chipotle Gourmaise.
