Barbecue Tea Sandwiches

A fanciful take on a BBQ feast, these tea sandwiches pack fresh avocado, pineapple salsa, and PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey on toasted sourdough for a flavor-filled delight that’s anything but dainty.

Sourdough Bread

Avocado, diced
½cup
Pineapple salsa
2tbsp
Barbecue sauce
8oz
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin

Instructions


  1. 01Toast bread until golden brown. Dice avocado and layer on two slices of bread.
  2. 02Top bread with 4 ounces of turkey and 1/4 cup of pineapple salsa.
  3. 03Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce on remaining slice of bread.
