Boar’s Head® Sweet Barbeque Hummus & Sweet B's® Chicken Sandwich
A sweet, savory, and tangy stack. Layers of Sweet Barbecue Hummus and Sweet B’s® Chicken bring classic BBQ flavor to this sandwich, while grilled veggies and slices of sharp Vermont Cheddar Cheese add even more flavor and texture.

Eggplant1
Red Bell Pepper, seeded and quartered1
Zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise¼
Red Onion, thinly sliced lengthwise1
Ciabatta Loaf, sliced lengthwise6tbsp
Boar’s Head® Sweet Barbeque Hummus4oz
Boar’s Head® Vermont Cheddar Cheese, sliced thin8oz

- 01Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. If using a grill pan, add olive oil.
- 02Grill eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion in a single layer for 3–5 minutes per side, or until softened and lightly charred.
- 03Evenly spread hummus on both halves of the ciabatta.
- 04Layer the bottom half with cheese, grilled eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and chicken.
- 05Close the sandwich. Brush the top and bottom of the sandwich with olive oil.
- 06Slice, serve, and enjoy!
